I have done virtual workouts before, but the emergence of COVID-19 has made virtual exercise a lot more important.
Not much! I can design a program around your goals, so all you need is an 8 x 8 space about as big as an area rug. You can do a lot with body weight exercises and household items like a chair. BUT, if you have a home gym, I can design a program for that as well. You'll want to have a "hands off" cell phone stand or cradle so you can exercise while I coach you.
By using face time, we can see each other. I can demonstrate your exercise and then watch you to make sure you are using the correct form. Of course, accountability is VERY important to achieving your goals. You'll be my only focus during your virtual workout. By observing your exercise, I'll be able to SEE and coach you during your workout.
Existing clients already know me and my system. I've learned a LOT since 2003. New clients will receive my forms and health evaluation so we can discuss your goals and health history before we begin. I want you be confident that your home exercise will be safe and effective. As we workout together you'll get customize training that I will adjust as your fitness improves.
